BNP Paribas Open: Tennis Tickets and Perks

Free Perks and Parking at BNP Paris Open - Super Fan's Preview

Indian Wells (March 2024)

Should I buy Day or Night Tickets (AM vs PM)?
- Day sessions are best for touring around the grounds
- Night sessions have better marque matches with big names

What to buy? Grounds Pass vs Reserved Seat Tickets
- During Week 1, a grounds pass usually works great.
- From Weekend to 2nd Week, Stadium 1 tickets are recommended!
- Stadium 2 has closer-up views and can offer more intimate matches too.
Highlights for Indian Wells as "the 5th Slam" or "Tennis Paradise"
Crowning Achievement: Best practice courts for fan viewing in the World

Travel Planning FAQ

  • Fly into Palm Springs or drive 2 hours from LAX or SAN (or 1 hour from ONT)
  • Spend at least 2 days there to get a complete tennis fill
  • Consider booking lodging early with tennis court access to play
News: Rafael Nadal practiced on Tuesday night for 2 hours. But on Wednesday, he felt unready for his first-round night match and announced his withdrawal from the tournament!

We have footage of his practice and believe it might have something to do with his left knee preventing him from competing. More news later whether he will go to Miami or skip directly to the clay.

Refund for Thursday Night Match:
Patrons who have purchased individual evening session tickets to Stadium 1 for Thursday, March 7 – directly from the BNP Paribas Open – may contact the box office (www.bnpparibasopen.com/contact) regarding a refund.

These ATP players below had their first major practice Wednesday morning:
  • Carlos Alcaraz
  • Jannik Sinner
  • Ben Shelton
  • Tommy Paul

Food Favs
Love the Salamai Ruben Pastrami @ Sherman's Deli! It's hidden inside Stadium 1 (200 level).

Puesto's Passion Fruit Shrimp Ceviche was also healthy and tasty outside of Stadium 2. Try the new Dragon Lili Cafe for boba teas in the food village for a tasty beverage.

TW's Playtest Demo was moved to Court 15! Available to try new rackets from 3/5+

Box Office VS Online - Smart Tickets

Tickets are available for sale at the box office, but you will need to download the AXS ticket app.

Do not use the box office if you can help it. It takes 5-10 minutes for us to buy a ticket and then wait for the app to send it to the phone. I would buy in advance online instead.

Fans may wait for the player draws to come out first to determine which of the 3 stadium tickets (or grounds passes) to buy.

Invest in the all-access Stadium 1 Ticket if there's a match you need to see (it will be $25+ more). Otherwise, just get a grounds pass and roam around. There's much more to see outside than inside.

Best to plan out your day with printable draws for planning to see your favorite player (like Carlos Alcaraz) at either the day or night session. Digital tickets are a lot safer and easier to use. Losing a paper ticket happens much more often than you think.

Hope you can make it to this "5th Slam" event and visit Palm Springs. It is definitely worth the experience for any tennis fans in the USA for a short vacation in California. Welcome back!!
